Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. We watch the markets diligently and our time is limited during trading hours. The market closes @ 4 pm Eastern. We check our emails throughout the day. Calls/emails will be responded to ASAP, but always within 24 hours. If you call during non-business hours, we'll respond ASAP the next business day.

We recommend meeting with us at least 2x per year. We'll email you quarterly to remind you, but you may schedule yourself at any time. Portfolio reviews are in 30-60-90 minute increments. For more general inquiries, a 30-minute conversation is most appropriate. All meetings can be either in-person or via webinar.

Each day, your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is used by numerous entities, from department stores to banks. As your financial professionals, we are also entrusted with sensitive personal information related to your accounts, including:
Income, Demographic Information, Tax Documents, Account Balances, and Quarterly Statements

Ensuring the security of this private information is of paramount importance to us. Unfortunately, today's technologies have made it easier to unlawfully access another's PII. For your safety, we use an email authentication process that protects information from being read by unintended recipients.
Encrypted messages from us will be securely delivered to you in one of two ways, depending on your email provider. If your email provider supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, the email message will arrive securely in your email like any other email. If your email provider DOES NOT support TLS, then you will retrieve your messages through Smarsh Secure Messaging Portal.

First Time in Portal: You will need to set up an account in the portal to read an encrypted message. The activation information (activation password and link) is provided in the message. To activate the account, click the link provided and enter your name, personal details, and activation password. You will then be asked to create a NEW password. Please save the password in a secure location for future use.
Each Time Thereafter: Each time you are sent a secure message, you will receive a message with the subject 'You have a new encrypted message from [sender's address]’. This email will have the subject, sent and expiration date, along with a link to access the message. Select the link, enter your email address and password (created during activation) to login and read your message. If you forget your password, there is a 'Forgot Password' function.

At no additional cost (for our clients), we use RightCapital to make your life easier and your financial future clearer.
